The Luzhki children's amateur football club is carrying out various activities for developing and promoting children's and youth football among school pupils and preschool children. The groups cover the age range from the 1st to the 11th forms. The means and methods are selected according not only to the children's age, but also taking into account the level of preparation of each football player. We use an individual approach to each player, even in such a team sport as football.

The LUZhKI children's amateur football club (hereinafter referred to as the CFC) was founded  in 2012.

The teams of LUZhKI CFC regularly take part in various tournaments in Moscow and other cities of Russia, as well as abroad. Each year the trainees participate in amateur football and mini-football competitions. The club trophies include dozens of prizes and medals won during the years of its existence by teams of all ages. In summer training camps are organized for the club trainees in sports centers.

The main objective of the founders of the children's football club LUZhKI is to motivate boys of younger and middle school age for self-improvement and development of personal qualities through going in for football. They try to avoid monotony of systematic training exercises to make them interesting, cheerful and, the most important, useful. After all children at this age come to play rather than to train.  Trainers’ task is to choose such exercises that help young football players not only to satisfy the need for game, but also receive an educational effect from the training. At a certain stage, talented children who demonstrate potential and abilities for football  are transferred (with the parents’ consent) to specialised Children's and Youth Sports Schools of Olympic Reserve created at masters’ teams: FC Spartak (Moscow), FC Locomotive, PFC TsSKA, etc.

The achievement of this goal is ensured by the solution of the following tasks:

➢   involvement of children and teenagers into systematic football playing;

➢   fostering of the children’s positive attitude to sports and physical culture;

➢   development of motor capabilities and physical qualities;

➢   acquiring necessary knowledge in the field of physical culture and sports;

➢   assistance in development of moral qualities and strong will;

➢   expansion of motor skills;

➢     training of qualified football players for their further advance in this sport.

3 age groups are created in our club:

➢   junior - children of 7 to 9 years,

➢   average – children of 10 to 13 years,

➢   senior – children of 14 to 16 years.

At the lessons children master technical, physical, psychological, tactical and theoretical aspects, learn to be and work in a team.

People united under the emblem of CFC LUZhKI are different, but one thing makes them kin, namely the aspiration to do maximum good to children comprehending here subtleties of football.

Due to a need of children (in particular of those of preschool age) for the movement, as well as following current trends of long-term training of young football players, CFC LUZhKI dformed preparatory groups for children aged 5 to 6 years.

The main objectives of this group are:

-   development of physical qualities characteristic of this age period;

-   education of moral qualities and strong will, development of mental processes and personal properties;

-   development of motor capabilities and skills;

-   preparation of a young football player for the junior group of the football club where he would work within the team and for the team, simultaneously unveiling his individuality and leadership skills.

Since September 01, 2015 the Luzhki CFC started enrolment in the younger preschool group "In the World of Football"  for children of 4-5 years where fascinating and interesting activities with various sports equipment, drilling in movement skills and acquaintance with the simplest ball handling elements are waiting for them.

We invite children in our LUZhKI football club!
